What We Will Need

1 teaspoon matcha green Tea powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk if you find almond milk’s taste too bland)

1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil (preferably and optionally used for fats)

How We Are Going To Do It
