These Ketogenic garlic bread sticks is the most satisfying low-carb meals that which is rich in cheeses and got a perfect hint of garlic. step 1 : Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and melt in a microwave.

step 2 : Mix in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the mixture until you get a dough like consistency.

step 3 : To make it a breadstick shape it and bake in a preheated oven for fifteen minutes 350F or 175C.

Yes! You can mix it and let it rise in the fridge for as long as you’d like, up to 24 hours before putting it in the oven. Or, simply crisp the breadsticks and leave them in an airtight box for up to three days. Store them in an airtight container and then warm them in the oven or microwave to serve again.

2. Is there a way to replace almond flour?

If you have an issue with almonds or you just wish to make a variation, try using coconut flour. Coconut flour on the other hand is more thirsty, thus replace ¾ cup almond flour with ¼ cup coconut flour and adjust with an egg to keep it consistent.

3. Can I add other seasonings?

Absolutely! Go ahead and add some of the fresh herbs such as parsley, or basil or even sprinkle some red pepper flakes for an additional kick. You may also put some grated Parmesan cheese and spread it over the casserole before putting it to bake.
